We are looking for a Chatbot Content Specialist who will be instrumental in managing the content database for the business and ensuring that the chatbot service capabilities are up to date. In this role you will be responsible to develop content for the chatbot ensuring up to-date information and work very closely with teams across the business to ensure the highest quality and excellent customer user experience.
Manage the knowledge content database for the business.

Ensure that chatbot knowledge content is accurate.
Recommend technology solutions to enhance Chatbot.
Work with internal technical stakeholders to integrate chatbots into operational workflows.
Develop training materials for users interacting with chatbot in operational contexts.
Provide guidance on operational content management best practices.
Implement continuous improvement strategies for chatbot performance and operational content database management processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
