We are looking for a Chatbot Content Specialist who will be instrumental in managing the content database for the business and ensuring that the chatbot service capabilities are up to date. In this role you will be responsible to develop content for the chatbot ensuring up to-date information and work very closely with teams across the business to ensure the highest quality and excellent customer user experience.

  • Manage the knowledge content database for the business.
  • Oversee the development of chatbot
  • Ensure that chatbot knowledge content is accurate.
  • Recommend technology solutions to enhance Chatbot.
  • Work with internal technical stakeholders to integrate chatbots into operational workflows.
  • Develop training materials for users interacting with chatbot in operational contexts.
  • Provide guidance on operational content management best practices.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies for chatbot performance and operational content database management processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure operational knowledge meets desired standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of operational knowledge enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, IT, and technical stakeholders to align chatbot content capabilities with operational needs.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technology teams to address issues and improve chatbot performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operational knowledge and developing virtual agents.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on operational details.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational setting.
  • Familiarity with virtual agent platforms and operational knowledge management systems is advantageous.
