we are seeking to hire an CEO Assistant according to these responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on action items and project deadlines.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with strategic decisions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a software or tech company

Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Languages:

Arabic / English Very Good ( Business Need)
