Description

Join MyJam as an Amazon UK/US Store Manager and be part of our dynamic team! In this role, youll be responsible for overseeing our online storefronts on both Amazon UK and US platforms, ensuring that our products are positioned for maximum visibility and sales. You will collaborate closely with marketing, warehousing, and customer service teams to optimize our product listings, manage inventory, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily operations of the Amazon UK and US stores.
  • Oversee product listings including images, descriptions, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that inventory levels are effectively managed and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to maintain account health and compliance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Amazon Store Manager.
  • Solid experience managing e-commerce stores, preferably on Amazon.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and relevant tools for product listing and optimization.
  • Understanding of online marketing strategies and experience with PPC advertising on Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, particularly in product bundling and content creation.
  • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) for e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
