Description

MyJam is seeking a creative and driven TikTok Store Manager for our UK and US operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy on TikTok, managing our store's presence and leveraging the platform's unique features to drive sales and engagement. You will develop compelling content and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the TikTok store experience, driving product discovery and sales conversions.
  • Create engaging and innovative content that showcases our products and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with influencers and TikTok creators to promote our brand and products.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement and sales.
  • Stay informed about TikTok trends and emerging features to leverage them for marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
  • Engage with customers and respond to queries and feedback on the TikTok platform.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, trends, and recommended actions to management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a TikTok Store Manager.
  • Solid experience in managing e-commerce stores, preferably on TikTok or other social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Strong understanding of cultural food products and their appeal to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) metrics.
  • Familiarity with TikTok's features, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with influencers and understanding of influencer marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and metrics analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for social media marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skill.
