Description

MyJam is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a positive experience with our cultural food products. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to help us enhance our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements based on customer experiences.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult customer interactions and ensure a streamlined resolution process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of MyJam's product offerings and cultural food industry trends.
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs and support documentation for improved customer self-service.


Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, including both outbound and inbound calls, as well as Live Chat and Email Support.
  • Experience in the food or culinary Industry is a Must.
  • Excellent English Skills (written and verbal) is a Must.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to make decisions quickly.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM platforms.
  • A compassionate approach to customer interactions and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • A genuine interest in cultural foods and a motivation to promote diverse culinary traditions.
