Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an NRI Vice President to join their prestigious team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth non-resident Indian (NRI) clients by providing bespoke banking and financial services. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills, deep financial expertise, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth NRI clients, understanding their unique financial needs, goals, and preferences.


Personalized Banking Services:

  • Provide customized banking solutions, including lending, deposits, and cash management, tailored to each client's requirements.


Investment Advisory:

  • Offer expert advice on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and risk management, leveraging the full suite of products and services offered by the company.


Wealth Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including estate planning, tax optimization, and succession planning.


Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about global financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to provide timely and relevant advice.


Client Education:

  • Educate clients on various financial products, market trends, and investment strategies to empower them to make informed decisions.


Compliance:

  • Ensure all banking and advisory activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.


Networking:

  • Actively network within the ultra-high-net-worth NRI community to identify and acquire new clients.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, in the UAE with a transferable client portfolio and AUM.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning and portfolio management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.


Language:

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
