Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitors status and progress of all scheduled work and work in progress to update plan according to any updates or delays
- Follows up with Operations and Quality, to ensure the execution of the plan in a quick and effective manner.
- Manages master planning, material processes and systems, prepares and updates production schedules and purchasing needs to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
- Monitors daily floor conditions and communicates schedule changes to Operations, Raw Materials, QA, Warehouse and other departments/Master Schedulers as needed.
- Facilitates job board and morning meetings with production and quality for execution of sequence to ensure smooth workflow.
- Produces production capacity analysis based on collecting and analyzing historical and factors affecting product demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
