Factory Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Factory Worker. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce high quality products
• Monitor production line to ensure products are assembled correctly and within specifications
• Perform quality checks to identify any defects or irregularities in the production process
• Package finished products according to specific guidelines and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking materials and supplies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
