Job Title: Magnetic Particle Inspector (WMS)

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 4500 AED to 5500 AED

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Magnetic Particle Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) using magnetic particle inspection methods and will be familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic particle inspections to detect and evaluate surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.
• Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable standards, codes, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate and maintain magnetic particle inspection equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other NDT technicians and engineers to ensure the quality and integrity of inspected components.
  
  

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory and track the status of inspected parts.

Assist in the training and mentoring of junior inspectors.

Qualifications

• Certification in Magnetic Particle Inspection (Level I or II) according to ASNT, ISO 9712, or equivalent.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in magnetic particle inspection.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in other NDT methods (e.g., Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Dye Penetrant).
• Previous experience in a similar role within the oil & gas, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
