We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our executive's day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Input and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions.
- Assist in tracking employee leaves and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HR-related matters.
- Provide support to the HR team on special projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- English fluency is a must.
