A leading technology company is actively recruiting a Sales Director to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategic plan.
- Generation of sales pipeline in assigned Services.
- Making sales presentations and reaching out to the right stakeholders of the prospective company.
- In-depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients from the pipeline to the contract stage.
- Closing new business deals.
- Liaising with the project team to be updated on the project status.
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.
- Building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with Client stakeholders.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or similar.
- 12-15 years of Direct Sales experience in IT Software and Services.
- Experience in software solutions, AI, Big data, IoT, and robotics is a must.
- Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.
- Ability to close new business deals in the market.
- Should have global market intelligence, and knowledge of competitors’ products/services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
