Job Description

Experience with business process modelling, workflow analysis, and use case development.

Work as a liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.

Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the companys services and improve flydubais efficiency.

Minimum 3yrs Airline domain experience is must, any certifications like product owner and experience in agile methodology.

Skills Required

Business Analysis - Airline domain, Analytical skills, good communication, problem solving and critical thinking, attention to details, airline domain knowledge, good understanding of technicalities like web UI/UX and APIs
