Job Overview

Full-Time Project Manager position with Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, a Mumbai-based staffing services provider to overseas clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance projects in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, and more. The ideal candidate should have executive-level experience of more than 10 years and be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications And Skills

  • More than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with construction, commissioning in High Rise Building Projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance projects in various industries.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project goals, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel allocation, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Prepare project reports, including status updates, financials, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
