Job Overview

SocialCTR Solutions is hiring an Intern Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Intern Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and assist in managing their marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in account management and client handling.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive and ability to take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience in client handling and project management will be a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop customized marketing strategies for each client.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on campaign progress and results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and digital marketing, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management and digital marketing.
  • Assist in handling client queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the account management team in other ad-hoc tasks and projects.
