Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to management on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address HR challenges.
  • Partner with recruitment team to ensure effective sourcing and selection of high-quality talent to meet business needs.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in HR such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
