Skill Farm Experts Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:
Responsibilities:
Identify regional and local human resources processes and off-line systems that may be in use and carry out appropriate steps to scale them back or make them redundant following BMS rollout, bearing in mind the principles of 'ONE WHO' to ensure that business processes are harmonized across the Organization and to reduce duplication of work for end users.
Coordinate input and monitor assigned activities such as checking and validating regional/country/ local human resources data validity. Collaborate with nominated regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) participating in BMS design as well as Country Offices to identify relevant HR policies that need to be configured into the new BMS systems and take steps to ensure these are taken into account in the design of the system.
Collaborate with users across the region and act as focal point of contact for colleagues within the HR business stream. Promote and communicate global harmonized business processes within the Region. Identify regional and country testers within HR business stream for testing BMS, data preparation and review for migrating to BMS prior to rollout.
Raise awareness on the progress of the project in the area of the Human Resources within the Region, including country offices Identify regional and country testers for testing BMS, data preparation and review for migrating to BMS prior to rollout.
With the support of global BMS Change Management, coordinate and oversee regional change management and end-user training Participate in preparing affected business areas and end users for transition to new ways of working
