As a Graphic Designer, you are instrumental in translating creative concepts into visually compelling designs. Your role at the regional office involves crafting a range of visual materials, from digital assets to print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design standards. Collaborating with the marketing team, you play a key part in bringing ideas to life through innovative and impactful design solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to understand design requirements and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
  • Produce engaging and effective designs for a range of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative input.
  • Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
  • Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining a visual asset library and organizing design files for easy accessibility.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual representation of the brand across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
