  • Support and develop the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop personalized coaching plans
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback.
  • Tracking and reporting on the sales team's performance.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales representatives
  • Track and report on the sales team's performance
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the medical tourism industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales coaching or training role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and one or more additional languages is a plus
  • Experience with medical tourism software and systems is a plus
  • Experience with sales CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with sales performance management tools is a plus
