Develop all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve the business goals.
Share content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
Writing press releases and editorial publications in both Arabic and English that support Campaign initiatives and messaging.
Writing letters and other media content daily.
Creation, development and update of messaging materials as part of communications team and Campaign strategy.
Partnership with outreach staff members on supporting events and speakers.
Prepare content/materials for external meetings and speaking engagements (i.e., research briefings, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, etc.).
Support of campaign messaging efforts through social media, website and digital communications as needed.
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
3-5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, communications or related field.
Portfolio of published articles
Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
Demonstrated skill in proactively building relationships with reporters and editors, and in successfully positioning issues with the media to achieve high impact placements.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen well and positively represent the company and its mission
Great research, organizational, and learning skills
Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
