Storekeeper

Mission of the role

As Storekeeper, you should be proficient in using SAP system. You play a crucial role in storing, maintaining records, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions and inventory of all supplies, materials, equipment and machinery spare parts. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills as you require to source, negotiate prices and purchase of machinery parts. You should manage multiple tasks and perform related work as required.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for accurately creating, entering, reviewing, editing and maintaining all inputted data, including production orders and bill of materials keyed into SAP system.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly production report to include RM input, FG output, down time & ingredient loss. Investigate & report all discrepancies as necessary.
• Make purchase requisition and maintain all stores of raw materials, spare parts and chiller room.
• Verify & file production operators run reports.
• Ability to enter and maintain data into the SAP system as it relates to a production environment accurately.
• Plan and order production and maintenance needed materials from internal warehouse & external vendors.
• Maintain and update any/all maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy of captured data in terms of time and used parts.
• Coordination and monitoring of all logistics processes in the warehouse
• Work preparation for picking, release of picking waves and loading.
• Monitoring of internal warehouse processing.
• Processing of complaints and returns.
• Responsible for entering goods receipts in SAP System, processing returns, as well as production supply.
• Commission customer orders in consideration of warehouse stocks and time windows.
• Accountable for keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
  
  

Your Profile

• Trained Warehouse or Logistics Expert
• Expert on SAP system & Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of machinery spare parts
• 1-3 years of job experience as Storekeeper.
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
