Fill in the required reporting to effectively use the Porsche C@P system showroom management system.
Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of customer needs within the targeted segments.
Using various sources, prospect for new customers regularly to create additional sales opportunities.
Manage the preparation and handover of acquired and sold vehicles to customers.
Support customers to fulfil their needs.
Ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business through the effective use of a follow-up process.
Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
Ensure the implementation of trade-in, preowned and sales processes considering a customer-focused approach to maximum customer delight and CSI score.
Check showroom set-up and display stock on Porsche Finder.
Update silent salesman for all Pre-owned Cars on display.
Organize with the After Sales department to ensure that all repairs are done on time and up to Porsche-approved regulations.
Mange Used cars.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably 2-3 years experience preferred in Automotive sales
