  • Fill in the required reporting to effectively use the Porsche C@P system showroom management system.
  • Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of customer needs within the targeted segments.
  • Using various sources, prospect for new customers regularly to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of acquired and sold vehicles to customers.
  • Support customers to fulfil their needs.
  • Ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business through the effective use of a follow-up process.
  • Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
  • Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  • Ensure the implementation of trade-in, preowned and sales processes considering a customer-focused approach to maximum customer delight and CSI score.
  • Check showroom set-up and display stock on Porsche Finder.
  • Update silent salesman for all Pre-owned Cars on display.
  • Organize with the After Sales department to ensure that all repairs are done on time and up to Porsche-approved regulations.
  • Mange Used cars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably 2-3 years experience preferred in Automotive sales
  • Fluent English and excellent computer skills
  • A driving license is a must
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Flexible
