• Representing the Beymen brand in Egypt to ensure that Beymen standards are applied uniformly within the country,
• Facilitating the expansion of Beymen’s operations in Egypt and ensuring that these operations continue profitably in alignment with company interests,
• Monitoring import regulations and taking necessary actions to ensure optimal compliance with regulatory requirements,
• Evaluating new store opportunities to incorporate them into the offline sales channel and identifying brands to be added to the company portfolio,
• Transforming the Beymen online channel into an international sales platform,
• Managing the teams according to Beymen standards and contributing to the integration of Beymen culture,
• Managing the reporting processes between the Egypt operations and Beymen Campus, and ensuring effective coordination.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
• At least 12 years of experience in a similar position in the retail industry,
• Experienced in team management and strong communication skills,
• Experienced in overseas country management,
• Having a strategic planning and business development perspective,
• High reporting skills, ability to analyze, have coordination skills,
• Knowledgeable about the legal regulations of the relevant country,
• Able to manage change, solution and result oriented,
• Preferably with advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs,
• Having financial management competence,
• Have the skills to manage and establish foreign investor relations,
• Fluent in English,
