Job Description

Ensuring safe, efficient, economical and smooth movement of goods in and out of the distribution center.
Ensure material is properly received, checked and accounted for any damages, shortages and excess are highlighted immediately to the shift supervisors
Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports both internally and to the client / Vendors.
Ensure that a high-quality service is provided to the client within the defined standards and company interest is not compromised at any time.
Exhibit confidence of client and support continuity of business as the client’s key administrative contact. Send performance reports to client in a timely manner.
Consult with team members to ensure KPI targets and stated performance and quality standards are achieved. Maintain and submit KPI reports as required.
Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and provide every possibility of learning to all team members by ensuring all training programs are fulfilled.
