Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape drafting and design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed landscape drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and project managers to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including site analysis, conceptual designs, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the landscaping industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certification or degree in drafting, architecture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred.
