Lead, Site Rollout

Purpose of the job

Supervise the supplier during the installation and commissioning phases for New Sectors , New Sites with its TX prerequisites or during modification and upgrade actions of on air sites.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Implement the Rollout process for New 2G , 3G sites and sectors and monitor it with internal teams and suppliers.
• Handle the rollout plan with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure the readiness of all activities and preparations needed to launch New 2G , 3G sites and sectors on air in the field.
• Ensure the readiness of all related W.Os (BSS , TX & Core data) and coordinate with the concerned parties to ensure applying data properly.
• Supervise and handle teams internally like access maintenance, core operation , core maintenance ,packet core ..etc. and supplier to integrate New SRAN sites and Sectors etc.
• Arrange site intervention process including action plans.
• Find solutions with internal and external parties for any problem may delay launching new sites/sectors on air .
• Regular updates for the sites progress and making sure all obstacles are cleared keeping the records using databases , dashboards ....etc
  
  
  

Job specification

Education

Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Skills And Abilities

• Very good English both spoken and written.
• Telecommunication and GSM awareness.
• Extensive technical knowledge of BSS and Tx equipment, installation, commissioning and integration.
• Accurate, reliable with excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of people from different organizations.
• Strong business and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Motivated and self-confident.
