Job Description

Brief Description:

The job holder supports the acquisition and management of customer accounts and facilitates the collection of information for delivery of advice to customers based on their needs and objectives. The job holder responds to requests for information in a timely fashion. The job holder handles after-sales support in servicing customer needs, such as processing of documents and handling any additional queries that may arise.

Detailed Description:

  • Must have priority banking and SME liabilities product knowledge.
  • Experience in managing priority and personal banking customers.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty with increased CASA deposits.
  • Create and build customer awareness on new products by approaching the customers at their doorsteps, through mailers, events etc. to prospect business.
  • Inform customers about the Liability product and actively outline specific features of EIB products and benefits to the customer.
  • Able to capitalize on Cross selling opportunities for non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
  • Achieve Aggressive sales targets.
  • Minimum 3 Year plus UAE banking industry experience is mandatory.
