Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Healthcare Receptionist to join our dynamic team in a busy medical clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer care or a front desk role, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, empathetic, and patient-oriented approach.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage filing systems.
• Handle payments, invoicing, and insurance claims as required.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns professionally.
• Utilize MS Office and healthcare management software to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer care or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with healthcare management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic, patient-oriented, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
