JOB TITLE
Employee Life Cycle Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Human Capital
Role Summary
The Employee Services Manager will act as back up for the Employee life Cycle Lead in all tasks & issues related to Employee Services, including but not limited to: Transfers, Promotions, Human Capital Letters and Employee Data Management, He /She will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, drawing the strategic direction of Employee Services function. Will handle periodical review of all Employee Services policies and procedures.
ROLE PROFILE
- Works closely on analyzing the policies and processes and proposes enhancements to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the Employee Services function.
- Analyzes current systems to figure out the technical issues / gaps and initiate corrective recommendations that leads to a smooth Employee Services process.
- Act as a high-level escalation point and act towards solving all issues and turning the negatives experience into a positive one.
- Provides guidance on complex employee, manager or business scenarios and ensures appropriate analysis and effective processing steps are taken to drive efficient and timely resolution.
- Conducts monthly meetings with Operating Companies Human Capital Business Partners to share all updates and discusses any pending issues.
- Analyzes the outcome of the voice of cutomer, recommends corrective actions that aim to improve the current employees / stakeholders’ experience and ensures these corrective actions are perfectly implemented.
- Conducts quality checks on the Employee Services team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples and running system reports.
- Maintains updated process maps in addition to updated documentations (letters templates, signatures, Human Capital Business Partners contacts list, etc.)
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of Human Resources relevant experience where at least 2 years are spent at supervisory / managerial role.
- Knowledge of local / Regional labor laws.
- Excellent conflict and Stress Management.
- Excellent Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management.
- SuccessFactors knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
