Title: Revenue Management Specialist

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Position Summary:

Leads the national TT trade spend across all stakeholders (Field Team, Sales Operations, Commercial Development) with revenue management mindset. Responsible for assessing, analysing, and pricing group business strategies, and improving the TTS E2E Cycle year on year.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Develop and lead trade management process for assigned channels
  • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to confirm the execution of promotions, ensuring timely and accurate communication of promotion details.
  • Manage the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of promotions and new placement deductions from retailers and distributors
  • Collaborate with brands to review performance results and identify areas of improvement.
  • Revamp the E2E TTS Cycle from planning to execution
  • Improve trade spending through higher ROI activities and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather customer contracts & agreements
  • Support sales forecast/re-forecast process to ensure accurate accruals of promotions & discounts for all activities
  • Recommend, track, and enforce effective trade promotion policies and procedures

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Great attention to detail & highly organized.
  • 3-5 years in field sales experience
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of retailer and distributor promotions, promotional discounts, and pricing strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel/PowerBI
  • Ideally worked in SRM roles/Financial analysis role
