Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager for our dynamic team, focused on driving growth and profitability through data-driven strategies. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of shaping our business model and customer touchpoints to create meaningful impacts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy to streamline supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on automation, demand planning, and vendor management.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your expertise in data analysis to extract valuable insights, guiding strategic decisions and initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth.
- Identify and establish KPIs that are essential for enhancing upselling, engagement, monetization, and other critical aspects of our business.
- Analyze and optimize every customer touchpoint and funnel, ensuring an exceptional user experience at every stage, which at the end solves for our north star.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Cultivate a culture of innovation by constantly experimenting with new ideas to enhance customer experiences and drive incremental revenue.
- Market Understanding: Stay connected with the market by conducting regular visits, gaining deep insights into customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successfully execute strategic projects and continuously optimize their performance.
- Drive the vertical’s strategy and vision and come up with a roadmap that contributes to the company’s key objectives and OKRs.
- Own the product roadmap and oversee its execution while balancing requirements across products and countries
- Contribute to the company's overall strategy working closely with the engineering, data, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- 7+ years of Experience in Product management in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience in leading teams
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or product management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience with supply chain management software and tools (WMS, ERP…etc)
- You bring a wealth of experience as a Group Product Manager, demonstrating a successful track record in driving growth and profitability through data-driven approaches.
- Expert at extracting and analyzing data and you have a proven history of translating data into actionable strategies and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to identify, monitor, and optimize KPIs is fundamental.
- Customer Obsessed: Your passion for enhancing customer experiences while generating revenue through customer-centric strategies.
- Innovative Thinking: You are excited about innovating, spotting new opportunities and experimenting to add value.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation is important. Candidates should be able to design and execute tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
