Position Overview

Responsible for Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisa Markets, develop local ABP (annual business plan), channel plans (aligned with OU (operating unit) channel team and bottler) to grow ecommerce in NAF (North Africa Franchise) – based on thorough channel analysis and opportunities mapping.

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Lead gap closing in case of gaps vs ABP (annual business plan).
  • Ensure PICOS ( Picture of Success) guidelines adaptation and execution across e-commerce channels.
  • Lead execution of e-commerce channel strategies with bottler (details below).
  • Align, develop, and execute pilot tests across NAF (North Africa Franchise).
  • Monthly tracking vs. target by sub channel channel

E-Commerce Execution (North Africa Franchise)

  • Oversee execution for local implementation of plans with Ecommerce B2C channels FSA (Food service aggregator), Home Deliver consumer website delivery D2C, e-retail customers (pureplay and Qcom), Modern Trade online Brick and mortar)
  • Expand Food service aggregators online recruitment for hotel, restaurant and café channel chiefly used in Europe (HORECA) accounts/ acquisitions across markets
  • Lead locally on regional customer JBPs plan, execution and growth with OU and bottler
  • Drive Home delivery recruitment, Segmentation, promotions marketing, CRM, SEO, website technical support by working closely with O2O team and bottler
  • Ensure content development and execution with content team and work with media team on chaselists
  • Lead monthly tracking of execution for online activation / campaign/ performance: Sales, Incidence, E-RED (E-Right Execution Daily), and Marketing Spend analysis for B2C customers
  • Lead flawless implementation of Digital Shelf, and fixing gaps: Correct product images and descriptions.
  • Lead e-commerce budget tracking, PO & contracts creation and healthy P&L
  • Work closely with OU and report customers dashboard
  • Work with local front-line marketing to execute marketing innovation calendar on E-commerce along with bottler online execution and activate ecommerce customer calendar

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in FMCG with strong skills in Commercial and Channel Strategy.
  • Ecommerce background in F&B / FMCG / Trade Marketing is preferable
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities
  • Ability to make things happen & challenges the status quo
