Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the Gulf market, be proficient in Arabic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role in the Gulf market.
- Should Speak ARABIC
- Highly qualified with a degree or relevant certifications.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
