Job description: Purpose of the Job
Retail Outlet Executive considers as Company ambassador as he/she must ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship, and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.
Job Description
- Attend to all walk-in customers’ needs promptly.
- Serve walk-in customers and provide full information and advice.
- Manage and meet customer expectations.
- Sustain high customer satisfactory service lever.
- Provide excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards.
- Sell cash shipments “Outbound”.
- Attending to cash customers and fulfil their requirements, solve their problem, follow up their cases and update them.
- Promote Aramex campaigns for customers.
- Collaborate with the team of achieve the team objectives.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all time.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complain to retain customers.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience as driver, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
