Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide efficient, friendly service at the cash register.
• Accurately scan and process merchandise, ensuring correct prices and quantities.
• Handle cash transactions, provide change, and balance the cash register.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product-related questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic math, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
