Packaging Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly packaged and prepared for shipping. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products are properly packaged and labeled according to company standards
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment
• Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that packaging meets specifications
• Assist with loading and unloading of products
• Coordinate with shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
