Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a legal counsel at Bosta, you will play a critical role in ensuring legal compliance and providing expert advice on a wide range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents (Bilingual)
  • Conducting in-depth legal research will be part of your duties to assess the legal implications of ongoing and future projects
  • Examine the legal aspects of introducing new products and services to the market, mitigating potential risks, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle negotiations with external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners, to achieve favorable outcomes while safeguarding the company's interests
  • Collaborating with various departments and teams within the organization, you will communicate legal requirements, updates, and project-related information to ensure a coordinated effort
  • Following up with external collection agencies and law firms in addition to preparing the quarterly and semiannual reports regarding the outsourced cases
  • Keep track of and update as needed of the Company’s licenses in Egypt, UAE & KSA
  • awareness concerning the establishment of new entities and subsidiaries


Requirements:

  • Registered lawyer with at least 5+ years of legal experience in the same field
  • Great communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Flexible, multitasking, organized, and approachable
  • Team player for effective interdepartmental communication
  • Knowledgeable about different legislation and jurisdictions
  • Guide management and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches
  • English fluency required, both written and verbal
