Securities Services Officer

The Corporate Actions, Billing & Fixed Income Unit is a part of Securities & Funds Services Ops, where the product associate, is responsible to perform all related tasks, reporting to the unit head

The individual will be responsible for all corporate actions related functions and settlement activities, Fixed Income related functions and all Billing functions

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the market and process corporate actions events on behalf of Citibank Egypt’s customers
• Responsible for the timely and accurate collection of customers’ dividends Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of corporate actions instructions in a high-pressure environment with significant time constraints
• Interface directly with SFS customers on issues related to corporate events and Fixed Income in addition to the monthly evaluation
• Handle all related customer inquiries, including all required investigations, monitoring, and reporting
• Interface with issuer companies and the stock exchange to gather any business related information
• Perform related FX deals on behalf of SFS clients & send related confirmation
• Processing the daily fixed income related transaction, including matching with other counterparties
• Daily reconciliation for Treasury Bills & Bonds
• Handling billing process & ensure proper follow up/escalation of outstanding items
  
  

Knowledge/Experience:

• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken.
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree.
• Minimum two to three years of related experience.
