Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide medical imaging services to patients, assisting physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases. Your compassion, attention to detail, and technical expertise will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, on patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during procedures, maintaining accuracy and image quality.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including making adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Develop and process images, ensuring high-quality and accurate results for interpretation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess and interpret imaging results.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and guidelines to minimize exposure risks to patients and staff.
• Maintain patient records and documentation, including image files and relevant medical information.
• Assist with the training and supervision of student technologists and other support staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures, equipment, and techniques.
• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
