About Milele Motors:

Milele Motors is a leading international automotive company dedicated to providing top-notch services and products in the automotive industry. We are committed to excellence and innovation, and we are looking for a skilled Admin Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Position: Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor management, and team task management.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to administrative functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial policies.


Liaison and Representation:

  • Act as the company representative with experience in navigating and expediting matters related to the Police Station, MOHRE, RTA, Labor Department, DED, DUCAMZ (advantageous), Dubai Court, Land Department, Etisalat, and Utility Companies, Municipality, Law Firms, Contracting Companies, Maintenance Companies, and General Trading Companies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative management and legal compliance in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in liaising with government entities and legal bodies in the UAE will be preferred.
