Position: Document Controller, Estimation & Tendering

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller, Estimation & Tendering professional to join our team at our KSA Back Office in Cairo, Egypt. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. You will also be involved in the estimation and tendering process for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence
  • Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible for project teams
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely submission and approval of documents
  • Track and monitor document revisions, ensuring that the most current versions are being used
  • Assist in the preparation of project estimates and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather information and data for estimates
  • Review and analyze tender documents and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and outcomes
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to project documents, estimates, and tenders
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in document control and estimation practices
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and estimation, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with estimation and tendering processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
