Your Role

You will be responsible for providing full administration support to all departments and branches within the commercial sector; adhere high level of collaboration & management.

A Typical Day

  • Runs day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
  • Ensure working within the set policies & procedures and guidelines.
  • Arranging and following-up of all expenses within the commercial sector branches that related to the regular common expenses (i.e. Water, Electricity, Gas, Landline phones, Buffet Requirements & Stationary,); In addition to execute them on the operation system “Oracle”; Moreover, receiving and review all checks from the Financial Department and delivering them to suppliers.
  • Coordinating the requirements correspondents with the departments on daily base.
  • Monitoring and securing the demand of the many essential supplies such as (i.e. Stationary, Photo paper, Rent of emergency cars, Anti- insects and Statement of expenses, and etc.),
  • Monitoring and arranging the settlement of many essential other important issues such as Landline phones, Mobile.
  • Manage office maintenance.
  • Coordinate the housekeeping, fleets management.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Maximum 1-3 years’ experience in administration field
  • Good user of Oracle/SAP
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepare administrative reporting in a proper way,
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Excel and word in particular.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work.
