Job Description

Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service question.

Greeting customers upon arrival with providing outstanding service.

Providing introductory information to new customers and ensuring that customers are satisfied with products and services.

Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services and promoting club’s activities.

Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions or inquiry.

Following up with members and guests to check that they’re still satisfied with the services they avail.

Maintains customer records by updating customer history through service requests/complaints and notes.

Handling incoming customers inquiries and complaints via calls, mail and whatsApp live and determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within the quality guidelines.

Payment for all types of Memberships, indoor & outdoor activities, events, rented facilities, retails and handle large amounts of payment and prepare daily reports to account department.

Excellent knowledge of computer software systems for purposes of data entry.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
