Key Accountabilities

  • Plan the trainings roadmap, activities, and development initiatives for the assigned business unit.
  • Create a learning culture by ensuring all business learning requirements are planned and executed through online portals, online trainings, and physical trainings.
  • Design and manage the learning activities framework that suits the respective business unit and target all bands and levels.
  • Recommend companywide trainings and learning activities.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management linked to professional skills.
  • Create a company culture around its brand values
  • Design and manage development for all frameworks that caters for people performing at all different levels
  • Work with business units to establish training plans aligned with their business plans
  • Ensuring skills level, capability, and knowledge to meet business sustainability
  • Plan and implement initiatives to support business achieve its goals, personal development plans plus BU scorecard
  • Build and manage relationship with business and external partners that creates the environment for enabling L&D to deliver effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement is a qualified degree in HR /Business Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Talent Management / Learning & Development role.
  • Good understanding of People Learning
