Plan the trainings roadmap, activities, and development initiatives for the assigned business unit.
Create a learning culture by ensuring all business learning requirements are planned and executed through online portals, online trainings, and physical trainings.
Design and manage the learning activities framework that suits the respective business unit and target all bands and levels.
Recommend companywide trainings and learning activities.
Ensure compliance and risk management linked to professional skills.
Create a company culture around its brand values
Design and manage development for all frameworks that caters for people performing at all different levels
Work with business units to establish training plans aligned with their business plans
Ensuring skills level, capability, and knowledge to meet business sustainability
Plan and implement initiatives to support business achieve its goals, personal development plans plus BU scorecard
Build and manage relationship with business and external partners that creates the environment for enabling L&D to deliver effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement is a qualified degree in HR /Business Management.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Talent Management / Learning & Development role.
