Business Development Representative - UAE

Role Overview: Dynamo is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking to expand our team in the Middle East region to meet the increasing demand for our financial technology solutions. This role will play a critical part in growing our sales pipeline, following up on marketing campaigns, and contributing to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the financial technology space. As a Business Development Representative, you will be expected to embrace new challenges, learn from experience, and strengthen our prospecting and qualifying efforts.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Engage with leads sourced from marketing campaigns and consult on product fit
• Identify and qualify opportunities through prospecting, research, needs analysis, and requirement definition
• Transition viable sales opportunities to the assigned Sales Representatives
• Strategically manage your assigned territory to accelerate the sales funnel and enhance market coverage
• Perform inbound/outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Achieve and exceed set performance targets
  
  

What you bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Business Development role
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Prior exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
