Production Team Leader-2

Job Summary

Oversee the production operations and guarantee that manufacturing remains smooth and efficient by monitoring employees and organizing workflows so that deliver the plan with full compliance with EHS , Quality standards and in the planned time frame

• Assuring safe and clean work environment during the shift by direct supervision over the personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervise and motivate work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Supervise and assure the full implementation of the safety requirements and standards within all production units.
• Collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets pre-set specification.
• prepare and present daily shift report for production manager addressing all aspects of volume, safety, and quality details.
• Ensure that all production documents are maintained, kept according to the retention policy.
• Ensure all tools, equipment and production devices are maintained, calibrated and in the best conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation.
• Assign roles to production staff according to their competencies and work demand.
• Communication with WH and quality personnel to request / satisfy any enquiry related to production department in the shifts.
• Lead the investigation for deviations events related to the production and align with the quality team on the proper CAPA.
• Identify and lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects inside the production.
