About The Job

To ensure efficient and safe receipt, storage and release of product to the customers in compliance with Company Standards and Work Instructions/Procedures.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Ensures that all product movements including receipt, storage and release are carried out in strict compliance with ADNOC and Aviation Operations Standards.
• Ensures that adequate stock of Aviation fuels (Jet A-1 / JP-8 / Avgas 100LL) are available in sufficient quantities to meet Air Force’s requirements. Advises Al-Ain Airport Depot Officer regarding the daily requirements of fuel and advises Military Airports Team Manager for the Weekly Requirements.
• Ensures that all mobile equipment’s are regularly checked for Quality Control and for day-to-day serviceability in accordance with ADNOC and Aviation Operations Standards.
• Ensures that all returns on daily/weekly/monthly stock and other activities are submitted on time to appropriate Departments.
• Liaises with Aviation Maintenance Team regarding routine maintenance, repair, modifications and serviceability of all equipment’s.
• Ensures proper manpower planning for the operations. Plans and executes annual leave programme of subordinates as per Company Policy.
• Advises Military Airports Team Manager of training needs for subordinates. Ensures adequate training is provided to cover all aspects of operations and other related jobs.
• Carries out quarterly inspections to ensure smooth running of operations and takes proper corrective actions when required.
• Prepares new and update current Procedures/Work Instructions as per Aviation Operations Standards and Adnoc requirements, as and when needed.
• Maintains close relationship with Air Force officials to meet their requirements and to resolve any problems and with Airbase authorities and officials on matters related to day-to-day refuelling services.
• Ensures efficient manpower planning and prepares Duty Rosters and annual leave program to ensure uninterrupted fuelling operations with special attention to the peak hours and to periodical exercises programmes.
• Performs other related duties such as arranging Airbase Security Passes for staff, visitors and contractors working for ADNOC DISTRIBUTION.
• Ensures compliance with all Airbase Regulations, Company Policies/Procedures and Aviation Operations Standards.
• Ensures that HSE Regulations and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times. Ensures that all incidents and accidents are reported and investigated. Takes necessary corrective actions to prevent any future incidents/accidents.
• Investigates product gains/losses and initiates action to prevent abnormal discrepancies.
• Assists Military Airports Team Manager in preparation of annual budget of the location.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Technical Diploma
• 8 years of fuelling experience of which 4 years as supervisor.
• Knowledge of fire prevention and Health, Safety & Environment.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Good knowledge of English and Arabic
