Job Description
Job responsibilities are not limited to the following:
- Maintain and manage project documents, records, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documentation meets required standards of quality and compliance.
- Organize and categorize documents, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members.
- Handle correspondence and communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Update project schedules and timelines as directed by project managers.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all project-related information.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate project activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to project documentation and administrative matters.
