Job Description

Job responsibilities are not limited to the following:


  • Maintain and manage project documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documentation meets required standards of quality and compliance.
  • Organize and categorize documents, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members.
  • Handle correspondence and communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Update project schedules and timelines as directed by project managers.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all project-related information.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate project activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to project documentation and administrative matters.
