Job Description

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable execution of business strategies. This role involves developing and implementing operational plans, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to achieve organizational objectives. Capability to take full accountability of client & business requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including people, equipments, and facilities.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that operations meet customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Management : Relationship Management with clients, Vendors and issuing authorities.
  • Establish benchmarks and analyze reasons for deviations, if any

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree /Master in business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum [15/18] years + of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO/KPO sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tool
  • Has experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently
