AutoCAD Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our team. As an AutoCAD Draughtsman, you will be responsible for producing technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. You will work closely with engineers and architects to create accurate and detailed drawings that adhere to project specifications. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to create technical drawings and plans
• Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications and industry standards
• Review and modify existing drawings to meet project requirements
• Prepare and update design documentation
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for drawings
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman or similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g. drafting, architecture, engineering) is a plus
