Position Title: Creative Head of Design

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers and technical designers.
Design Execution: Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to realize design visions.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals for seamless project execution.
Project Management: Monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Portfolio Development: Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities.

Required Software Skills

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a creative head role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Skills:

Excellent space planning and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
